Amaanatdaari imaan ka hissa hai, jo shakhs Allaah aur Aakhirat par yaqeen rakhta hai woh kisi ki Amaanat me Khayaanat nahi kar sakta. Isse is baat ka ehsaas hota hai ki agar maine kisi ka haq dabaa liya ya iski adaaygi me kami aur kotaahi ki to mera Rab mujhe dekh raha hai, Woh yaqeenan iska hisaab lega aur us din jabki har shakhs ek-ek neki ka mohtaaj hoga, Haq talfi ke iwaj meri nekiyaan doosron ko taqseem kar di jaaygi phir meri muflisee par wahaan koun rehem karega?
Is tarah ke tasawwuraat se ahl e imaan ka dil kaanp uthta hai aur phir khayaanat ya haq talfi karne se ba,az aa jaata hai; lekin jiske dil me imaan hi na ho ya maahaul aur haalaat imaan ki roshni salab karli ho to khayaanat karne me aise shakhs ko koi taraddud nahi hota ; isliye Rasool Akram S.A.W. ne Amaanatdaari ko imaan ki alaamat aur pehchaan qaraar dete hue irshaad farmaaya-
”لَا اِیمانَ لِمَنْ لا أ مانةَ لَہ، وَلَا دِینَ لِمَنْ لَا عَہْدَ لَہ“
(SUNAN BAYHAQI: 1249)
TARJUMA:- Jisme amaanatdaari nahi usme imaan nahi aur jis shakhs me muaahidah ki paabandi nahi usme deen nahi.
Allaah Ta,aala ne bhi Quraan e Kareem ke muta,addid maqaamaat par amaanatdaari ki taakeed farmaayi hai, irshaad Baari Ta,aala hai:
ؕ فَلۡيُؤَدِّ الَّذِى اؤۡتُمِنَ اَمَانَـتَهٗ وَلۡيَتَّقِ اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗؕ (BAQARAH:283)
TARJUMA:- Tu jo Ameen banaaya gaya isko chaahiye ki apni amaanat adaa kare aur chaahiye ki apne Parwardigaar (Allaah) se dare.
Allaah Ta,aala ne is aayat me amaanatdaari ko taqwa se jod diya hai ya,ani jisko mout ke ba,ad ki zindagi hisaab v kitaab aur adaalat ilaahi par yaqeen ho jiske dil me khauf e Khuda aur uski giraft ka ehsaas hi use chaahiye ki Amaanat me khayaanat na kare jiska jo haq hai poora-poora adaa karde; isliye ki is duniya me khayaanat karne waala Qayaamat ke din chain v sukoon se nahi reh sakta, wahan ek- ek ka haq adaa karna hoga aur badi dushwaariyon ka saamna hoga; lekin jisko Aakhirat par yaqeen nahi woh jo chaahe kare, duniya me chand rozah zindagi ke ba,ad aakhir apne kiye par afsos hoga aur bade khasaare me hoga.
Rasool Akram S.A.W. ne paish goi farmaayi hai ki zamaana qayaamat se jaise- jaise qareeb hoga imaani quwwat kam hoti chali jaaygi iske nateeje me amaanatdaari bhi utb jaaygi aur haal ye hoga ki musalmaano ki badi- badi aabaadi hogi magar amaanatdaari poori aabaadi me ek aadh badi mushkil se dastyaab hoga aur woh bhi haqeeqat me Ameen nahi hoga. Log misaal ke taur par kahenge ki falaan qaum me ek amaanatdaar shakhs hai, Aadmi ki ta,areef hogi ki kaisa Aqalmand , kaisa khush mizaaj aur kaisa bahaadur hai ; haalaanki uske dil me rai ke daane ke baraabar bhi imaandaari na hogi. Amaanatdaari ki is qadar ahemiyat ke baawajood aajke muashre me ise koi wazan nahi diya jaata achchhe- achchhe log bhi jo urf me deendaar samjhe jaate hain woh bhi amaanat aur haq ki adaaygi ka paas v lihaaz nahi rakhe, unhe is baat ka ehsaas nahi hota ki amaanat ki hifaazat aur iska mukammal taur par adaa karna deeni v sharai fareeza hai, ba,az logon me amaanatdaari ka jazba hota bhi hai to woh sirf maal ki had tak mehdood rehta hai ki agar kisi shakhs ke paas kisi ka maal rakha ho to woh use adaa kar deta hai , aam taur par logon ka zehen isi maali amaanat ki taraf jaata hai haalaanki amaanat ki aur bhi mukhtalif qismen hain, jinki ahemiyat ba,az sooraton me maali amaanat se bhi badhi hui hoti hain , inki hifaazat bhi ek musalmaan ke liye itni hi zaroori hai jitni maali amaanat ki hoti hai; isiliye fatah Makkah ke mouqe par khaana ka,aba ki kunji jab Usmaan bin Talha bin Abduddaar shaibi ko dene aur unki amaanat ko waapis karne ki taakeed ki gayi to amaanat ko jama ke seeghe ke saath istemal kiya gaya.
Irshaad Baari hai-
إِنَّ اللّہَ یَأْمُرُکُمْ أَن تُؤدُّواْ الأَمَانَاتِ إِلَی أَہْلِہَا
(AN NISAA,A :58)
TARJUMA:- Allaah Ta,ala tumko hukm deta hai ki amaanaten mustahqeen tak pahuncha diya karo.
Qaabil e ghaur baat ye hai ki kunji koi ahem maal nahi balki ye Khaana e Ka,aba kikhidmat ki nishaani hai jiska ta,alluq maal se nahi ohde se hai, phir bhi isko amaanat se ta,abeer kiya gaya aud phir jama ka seegha istemaal karke is baat ki tarf ishaarah kiya gaya ki amaa at ki mukhtalif sooraten ho sakti hain jinki adaaygi tamaam musalmaano par laazim hai; chunanche log amaanaton me khayaanat ka irtikaab kar baithte hain aur unhe kisi museebat ka khyaal bhi paida nahi hota, haalaanki sharee,at kinazar me in cheezon me khayasnat qabeeh aur mo,ajjib gunaah amal hzi jisse har musalmaan ka bachna zaroori hai.
