Allah Ta'ala ne apne ahkaam naazil farmaaye hain taake bandon ko ma'aloom ho jaye k unka Rab unse kya chahta hai woh kin baaton se khush hota hai, kin baaton se naraz hota hai-
Duniya o aakhirat mein kamyab hone ke liye Allah ko razi karne ke liye, Jahannum se bachne aur jannat mein jane ke liye uske ahkaam par mukammal taur se amal karna mard ke liye bhi zaroori hai aurat ke liye bhi zaroori hai.
Allah ke sare ahkaam 2 tarah ke hain:-
Awaamir (karne wale kaam)
Nawaahi (Na karne wale kaam)
In dono ke majmoo'e ko sharee'at kehte hain.
Shadi aur nikah mein sharee'at ke ahkaam:-
Rasoolullaah ﷺ ne khud nikah kiya aur farmaya:-
Mai aurton se shadi bhi karta hun, jise mera tareeqa pasand nahi woh mujhse laa-ta'alluq hai.(Bukhari)
No-jawaano ko Shadi ki righbat dilate hue farmaya:
No-jawano! Tum mein jo nikah ke huqooq ada karne ki sakat rakhta hai use chahiye k woh nikah karle kyonke Nikah nigahon ko jhukaane aur sharmgah ki hifaazat mein madad karta hai. (Bukhari)
Irshad e Nabwi hai:
Nikah ka e'alaan karo aur use Masjid mein anjaam do. (Tirmizi)
Ghaliban Masjid mein Nikah ki gharz bhi e'alaan karna aur logon ko khabar karna hai; taake sabko ma'aloom ho k kiska rishta kis se hua aur koun kis ki aulaad hai_
Menhdi Lgana:-
Aurat ke liye menhdi lgana ma sirf jaaiz hai balke pasandeedah hai, agar shadi mein ladki ko menhdi lagayi jaaye to ismein koi harj nahi, mard ke liye menhdi lgagana jaaiz nahi hai, is silsile mein ek usool yaad rakhna chahiye k *" Mard ke liye aisi khushbu lagane ka hukm hai jismein mehek ho, rang na ho, aurat ke liye aisi khushboo lagane ka hukm hai jis mein rang ho mehek na ho."
Aurat agar na-mehram mardon ke samne mehek wali khushbu laga kar aato hai ya unke samne se guzarti hai to is par hadeeson mein sakht wa'eed aayi hai balke aisi aurat ko zaniya (zina-kar) kaha gaya hai.
Rasoolullah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:-
Jo Aurat khushbu laga kar mardon ke samne isliye guzre k mard uski khushbu soongh lein to woh aurat zina-kar hai. (Nasai)
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Rz. ke paas se ek aurat khushbu bikherti hui guzri, unhone kaha: A Jabbaar (Allah) ki bandi ! Masjid ja rahi ho?
Usne kaha:- Han
Poochha:- kya isiliye khushbu lagayi hai?
Aurat ne kaha: Han
Farmaya:- wapis ghar jao, khushbu dho kar aao, Maine Rasoolullah ﷺ ko urahad farmate hue suna k jo Aurat bhi khushbu laga kar Masjid aati hai Allah Ta'ala uski Namaz qubool nahi farmate jabke wo ghar jakar usko dhul na dale. (Abu-Daood)
Haldi lagana:
Pehle zamane mein jab sabun shampoo waghairah ka chalan nahi tha Badan ki safai ke liye haldi ya ubtan lagaya jata tha, magar ab jab sabun waghairah ka istemaal aam ho gaya hai. Nahane dhone ka mahaul bhi pehle se zyadah ho gaya hai , Mere khyal se safai ke maqsad se ubtan ya haldi ki zaroorat baqi nahi rahi ab ye kaam mehez ek rasm ke taur par anjaam diya jata hai, jise tark kiya jana hi munasib hai.
Allah kare k hamaare no-jawan aur buzurg, Maayen- behne, Bachche aur bachchiyan rasmo riwaj ke bar-aks nikah ko sunnat ke mutabiq anjaam de kar shaheedon ka ajar haasil karein.
Ki Muhammad se wafa to ham tere hain,
Ye jahan cheez hai kya Loh o Qalam tere hain.
