Dr. Farhat Hashmi ke nazaryaat ka jaaizah Mufti Taqi Usmaani Sahib Madd zillahum ka Fatwa:

SAWAAL
Saila ne Islamabad ke ek idaare "Al-Huda International" se "1 saala diploma course in Islamic Studies" kiya hai, hamaari ustaad aur Al-Huda international ki nigraan Mohtarma Farhat Hashmi sahiba ke nazaryaat ka nichod paish-e-khidmat hai.
1- Qazaa e umri Sunnat se sabit nahi sirf tauba karli jaaye qazaa adaa karne ki zaroorat nahi hai.
2- Teen Talaaqon ko 1 shumaar karna.
3- Nafil Namaazen Salaat-ut-tasbeeh , Ramzaan me 27vi Shab me ijtamaai ibaadat ka ehtamaam aur khwaateen ke jama'a hone par zor.
4- Moulvi, Madaaris aur Arabi zabaan se door rahen.
5- Ulema deen ko mushkil banate hain.
6- Bila-istasna tamaam ulema aapas me ladte hain, awaam ko fiqhi behson me uljhaate hain.
7- Agar aapko kisi masle me saheeh Hadees na mile to za'eef le len lekin ulema ki baat na len.
8- Madaaris me Grammar, Zabaan sikhaane, fiqhi nazaryaat padhane me bahot waqt zaaya'a kiya jata hai.
9- Qaum ko Arabi Zabaan seekhne ki zaroorat nahi balke logon ko Quraan sirf tarjuma se padha diya jaaye.
10- in Madaaris me jo 7-8 saal ke course karaaye jaate hain ye deen ki rooh ko paida nahi karte hain, ishaarah Dars-e-Nizaami ki taraf hai.
11- (Bila istasna har qism ki) taqleed shirk hai.
12- Za'eef hadees par amal karna naa-qaabil e talaafi jurm hai.
13- Fiqahi ikhtalaafaat ke zariye Aima Mujtahideen aur arba'a Fiqah ke muta'alliq logon me shakook-o-shubhaat paida karna.
14- Apna paighaam , maqsad aur muttafiq alya baaton se zyaadah zor doosre ulema par ta'an-o-tashnee.
15- Imaan, Namaaz, Rozah, Zakaat, Hajj ke buniyadi Faraaiz, Sunnaten, Mustahbaat, Makroohaat sikhane se zyaadah ikhtalaafi masaail me uljhaana aur da'awa ye k kisi ta'assub ka shikaar nahi aur saheeh Hadees ko phaila rahe hain.
16- Namaaz ke ikhtalaafi masaail Rafa'a-yaden Fatiha Khalaf-ul-imaam, ek witr, Aurton ko masjid jaane ki targheeb, Aurton ki jamaa'at in sab par zor diya jata hai.
17- Zakaat me ghalat masaail bataaye ja rahe hain, Khwaateen ko tamleek ka kuchh ilm nahi.
18- Deen mushkil nahi, moulviyon ne mushkil bana diya hai.
19- Deen ka koi masla kisi bhi imaam se le len isme bhi ham daaire me hi rehte hain.
20- Hadees me aata hai k aasaani paida karo tangi na karo, lihaaza jis imaam ki raay aasaan ma'aloom ho woh le len.
21- Rozana "Surah Yaaseen" padhna saheeh hadees se saabit nahi.
22- Nawaafil me asal sirf Chaasht aur Tahajjud hai Ishraaq aur Awwaabeen ki koi haisiyat nahi.
23- Deen aasaan hai, Baal katwaane ki koi mumaani'at nahi , Ummahaat-ul-Mu'mineen me se ek ke Baal kate hue the.
24- Deen ki ta'aleem ke saath-saath picnic, parties, achchha libaas, zewraat ka shoq-o-Muhabbat me koi haraj nahi. Daleel: Man haram zeenatullaah.
25- Khwaateen Deen ko phailaane ke liye gharon se zaroor niklen.
26- Mohtarma ka apna amal talibaat ke liye hujjat hai , Mehram ke baghair tableeghi douron par jaana, Qayaam-ul-Lail ke liye raaton ko nikalna , Media ke zariye tableegh (Radio T.V. audio)
27-Aadaab-o-mustahbaat ki ri'aayat nahi.
28- Khwaateen naa-paaki ki haalat me bhi Quraan Paak chhooti hain, Aayaat padhti hain.
29- Quraan ka tarjuma padhaa kar har muaamke me ijtihaad ki targheeb dena.
30- Quraan-o-Hadees ki fehem ke liye jo akaabir Ulema-e-karaam ne uloom seekhne ki sharaait rakhi hain inko bekaar jaahilaana baaten aur sazish qaraar dena.
31- Kisi faarigh-ut-tehseel taaliba ke saamne Deen ka koi hukm ya masla rakha jaaye to uska sawaal ye hota hai k ye saheeh Hadees se saabit hai ya nahi, ya'ani mehez saheeh hadees ko me'ayaar banaana aur fiqah Hadees se for karna.
In tamaam baaton ka nateeja ye hai k gali-gali , mohalle-mohalle Al-Huda ki branches khuli hui hain aur har qism ki taaliba, khwaah uski tajweed bhi durust na hui ho aage padha rahi hai, aur masaail me uljhaaya ja raha hai, inki taalibaat aur aurten mardon se ulajhti hain k hamen masaajid aur moulviyon par e'atamaad nahi.
Mazhkoorah Baala tamaam masaail ki shara'i nuqta-nazar se wazaahat aur mohtarma Dr. Farhat Hashmi ke is tareeqa-kaar ki shara'i haisiyat farmaa kar mashkoor farmaayen. Neez Mohtarma ki Glasgow university se Ph.d. ki shara'i haisiyat kya hai aur inke is course me shirkat karna , logon ko iski da'awat dena aur unse ta'aawun karne ki shara'i nuqta-nazar se wazaahat farmaa deejiye.

Sawaal me jin nazaryaat ka zhikr kiya gaya hai khwaah woh kisi ke bhi nazaryaat hon unme se aksar ghalat hai , ba'az waazeh taur par gumraahaana hain maslan ijmaa'a Ummat ko ahemiyat na dena , taqleed ko Ali-al-itlaaq shirk qaraar dena, jiska matlab ye hai k 1400 saal taareekh me ummat-e-muslima ki aksaryat jo Aima Mujtahideen me se kisi ki taqleed karti rahi woh mushrik thi.
Ya ye kehna k qazaa-Umri fout-shusah Namaazon ko qazaa karne ki zaroorat nahi sirf tauba kaafi hai. (1,2)
Ba'az nazaryaat jamhoor ummat ke khilaaf hain maslan 3 talaaqon ko 1 qaraar dena.
Ba'az bid'aat hain maslan Salaat-ut-Tasbeeh ki jamaa'at ya
(3)Qayaam-ul-Lail ke liye raaton me ehtammaam ke saath logon ko nikaalna, ya khwaateen ko jamaa'at se Namaaz ki targheeb.
Ba'az intahaai gumraah-kun hain maslan Quraan-e-Kareem ko sirf tarjuma se padh kar padhne wasle ko ijtihaad ki da'awat ya is baat oar logon ko aamaadah karna k woh jis mazhab me aasaani paayen apni khwaahishaat ke mutaabiq use akhtiyaar kar len ya kisi ka apne amal ko hujjat qaraar dena.
(4) Aur inme se ba'az nazaryaat fitna-angez hain maslan ulema-o-fuqhaa se bad-zan karna , Deeni ta'aleem ke jo idaare islaami uloom ke wasee-o-ameeq ta'aleem ka fareeza anjaam de rahe hain unki ahemiyat zehnon se kam karke mukhtasar course ko ilm-e-Deen ke liye kaafi samjhna, neez jo masaail kisi imaam mujtahid ne Quraan-o-hadees se apne gehre ilm ki buniyaad par mustambat kiye hain unko baatil qaraar de kar use Quraan-o-Hadees ke khikaaf qaraar dena aur is par israar karna.
Jo shakhsiyat ya idaarah nazhkoorah baala nazaryaat rakhta ho aur uski ta'aleem-o-tableegh karta ho woh na sirf gumraahaana, gumraah-kun ya fitna-angez nazaryaat ka haamil hai balke isse musalmaano ke darmiyaan iftaraaq-o-intashaar paida hone ka qavi andesha hai, aur agar koi shakhs sahoolaton ke laalach me is qism ki koshishon se Deen ke qareeb aayega bhi to mazhkoorah baala faasid nazaryaat ke nateeje me woh gumraahi ka shikaar hoga. Lihaaza jo idaarah ya shakhsiyat in nazaryaat ki haamil aur muballigh ho, aur apne daroos me is qism ki zehen-saazi karti ho uske daras me shirkat karna, aur iski da'awat dena in nazaryaat ki taaeed hai jo kisi tarah jaaiz nahi.
(5)Khwaah uske paas kisi qism ki degree ho, aur Glasgow university ki degree bazaat-e-khud islaami uloom ke lihaaz se koi qeemat nahi rakhti, balke ghair-Muslim mumaalik ki universities me mushtariqeen ne islaami tehqeeq ke naam par islaami ahkaam me shakook-o-shubhaat paida karne aur deen ki tehreef ka ek silsila arsa-daraaz se shuru kiya hua hai.
In ghair muslim mushtariqeen ne (jinhe imaan tak ki taufeeq nahi hui) is qism ke aksar idaare dar-haqeeqat islaam me tehreef karne waale afraad tayyaar karne ke liye qaaim kiye hain, aur inke nisaab-o-nizaam ko is andaaz se murattab kiya hai k iske tehet ta'aleem haasil karne waale (illaa Masha,allaah ) aksar dajl-o-fareb ka shikaar ho kar Aalam-e-islaam me fitne barpaa karte hain. Lihaaza Glasgow university se islaami uloom ki koi degree na sirf ye k kisi shakhs ke mustanad aalim hone ki koi daleel nahi balke us se uski Deen-fehmi ke baare me shakook paida hona bhi beja nahi. Doosri taraf ba'az Allaah ke bande aise bhi hain jinhone in universities se degree haasil ki. Aur aqaaid-faasidah se mehfooz rahe, agarche inki ta'adaad kam ho, lihaaza ye degree na kisi ke mustanad aalim hone ki alaamat hai aur na mehez is degree ki wajah se kisi ko mat'oon kiya ja sakta hai ba-shart ye k uske aqaaid-o-a'amaal durust hon.
Mazhkoorah baala jawaab in nazaryaat par mubni hai jo saaila ne apne astafta me zhikr kiye hain ab koun shakhs in nazaryaat ka kis had tak qaail hai? Iski zimma-daari jawaab-dahindah par nahi hai.
