ZIKRULLAAH KA BAYAAN
Ab mai ba,az aisi baaten bayaan karta hun jinki Barkaten bahut hain aur jin se Tawajjah ilallaah ki quwwat hoti hai,woh ye ki Namaaz,Rozah ke saath kuchh Allaah ka zikr bhi karna chahiye,Isse Dil ko Khuda Ta,aala ke saath lagaav hota hai aur Namaaz me dil lagta hai magar Aurton me Zikrullaah ka riwaaj bhaut km hai,Isliye ki unme koi Shaikh nahi hai,Han Shaikh zaadiyaan bahut hain magar Shaikh bama,ana Peer koi nahi.Aurten apne mardon ke zariye se kisi Shaikh Kaamil se Zikr ka tareeqa poochh kar kiya karen aur aapas me iska riwaaj daalen,kyonki unki tabiyaton ko Zikrullaah se bahut munasbat hai,Isliye ki Zikrullaah ka asar un logon par zyaadah hota hai jinke dilon me sukoon v yaksooi ki haalat ho aur Aurton ko ye baat khaas darje ki haasil hai.Unke Quloob me tashattut v tafarruq (Intashaar v phailaav) nahi hai aur ye pardah ki barkat hai.Aurten ghar ki chaar deewaari me muqeed rehti hain isliye unke dilon me yaksooi (sukoon ki kaifiyat) bahut hai. Aurton ke andar ye sukoon ki kaifiyat bahut achchhi hai jo makhsoos pardah ki barkat se hai,is haalat me agar ye Zikrullaah karne lagen to jald nafaa ho isliye unko iska ahtamaam karna chahiye aur dil lagaakar Zikrullaah karna chahiye aur kuchh waqt tilaawat e Quraan ke liye bhi nikaalen Aurten Quraan kam padhti hain halanki isse Dil bahut saaf hota hai aur nek kaamon ki taraf righbat aur shoq badhta hai iska bhi ahtamaam karna chahiye.
Zikrullaah ki ahemiyat v zaroorat-
1-Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. se sawaal kiya gaya ki bandon me sabse afzal aur Qayaamat me Allaah ke nazdeek sabse bartar koun log hain?Aap S.A.W. ne farmaaya jo mard kasrat se Allaah ka zikr karne waale hain aur jo Aurten kasrat se Zikrullaah karne waali hain. 2- Hazrat Abu Moosa Ash,ari Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya ki jo shakhs apne parwardigaar ka zikr karta ho aur jo shakhs zikr na karta ho unki haalat Zindah v Murdah ki si hai yaani pehla shakhs Zindah ki misaal hai aur doosra Murdah ki misl kyonki Rooh ki zindagi yahi Allaah ki yaad hai ye na ho to Rooh Murdah hai. (Bukhari v muslim)
3-Abdullaah bin Busr Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki ek shakhs ne Arz kiya ya Rasool Allaah S.A.W. islaam ke aamaal (yani nawaafil waghairah sawaab ke kaam ) to bahut hain isliye mujhe koi aisi cheez batlaa deejiye ki uska paaband ho jaaun. Aap S.A.W. ne farmaaya ki tum iski paabandi karlo ki tumhaari hamesha Allaah ke zikr se tar rahe .(yani chalti rahe).
4-Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya bahut log duniya me narm narm Bistaron par Allaah ka Zikr karte honge Allaah unko oonche-oonche darjon par daakhil farmaayega. (Ibn e maaja)
Faydah- Yani koi ye na samjhe ki maaldaari (Aish v aaraam ke saamaan) chhode baghair Zikrullaah se nafa nahi hota.
5-Hazrat Abdullaah bin Umar Rz. Huzoor S.A.W. se riwaayat karte hain ki Aap S.A.W. farmaate the ki har shay ki ek qalee hai aur Dil ki Qalee Allaah ka zikr hai. (Bayhaqi)
6-Ibn e Umar Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya ki Allaah ke zikr ke alaawah bahut baaten mat kiya karo kyonki Allaah ke Zikr ke alaawah zyaadah baaten karne se dil me sakhti paida hoti hai Aur sabse zyaadah Allaah se door wo dil hai jisme sakhti ho. (Tirmizi)
Hazrat Ibn e Abbaas Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya:- Shaitaan aadmi ke dil par chimta hua baitha rehta hai jab woh Allaah ka zikr karta hai to woh hat jaata hai aur jab Yaad e Khuda se Ghaafil hota hai, waswase daalne lagta hai. (Bukhari)
Faydah:-Achchhe Bure a,amaal ki jad dil ka iraadah hai aur iraadah ki jad khyaal hai jab zikr me kami hoti hai shaitaan bure-bure khayalaat dil me paida karta hai jisse bure iraadon ki noubat aajaati hai aur nek iraadon ki himmat nahi rehti pas nek kaam nahi hote aur bure hone lgte hai aur jab zikr ki kasrat hoti hai to bure khayalaat dil me paida nahi hote pas bura iraadah bhi nahi hota aur gunaah bhi nahi hote aur nek kaam hote rehte hain.

ALLAAH KA ZIKR KARNE KA TAREEQA
Zikrullaah yani jis qadar ho sake Allaah ka naam lete rehna chahiye na isme kisi ginti ki qaid hai aur na waqt ki aur na tasbeeh rakhne ki,na pukaar kar padhne ki,na wuzu ki ,na Qible ki taraf munh karne ki,na kisi khaas jagah ki,na ek jagah baithne ki, har tarah se aazaadi aur Ikhtiyaar hai Albatta agar koi khushi se tasbeeh par padhna chahe khwaah ginti yaad rakhne ke liye ya isliye ki ki Tasbeeh haath me hone se padhne ka khyaal aa jaata h , khaali haath yaad nahi rehta to is maslehet ke liye Tasbeeh rakhna bhi jaaiz balki behtar hai aur ye khyaal na kare ki Tasbeeh rakhne se dikhlaawa ho jaayega ,Dikhlaawa to Niyat se hota hai yani jab ye niyat ho ki dekhne waale mujhko buzurg samjhenge aur agar ye niyat na ho to dikhlaawa nahi ,ise dikhlaawa samajhna aur is khyaal se Zikr chhodna Shaitaan ka dhokha hai,woh is tarah behkaa kar sawaab se mehroom rakhna chahta hai.Ek dhokha ye bhi deta hai ki jab Dil to Duniya aur Ghar ke kaam me phansa raha aur zabaan se Allaah ka naam lete rahe to isse kya faydah? So khoob samajhlo ki ye bhi ghalti hai,Jab Dil se ek dafa ye Niyat karli ki ham sawaab ke waaste Allaah ka naam lena shuru karte hain uske baad Dil doosri taraf ho jaaye magar niyat na badle,baraabar sawaab milta rahega.Albatta jo waqt kaamon se khaali ho usme Dil ko Allaah ki taraf mutawajjah rakhne ki koshish kare,Fuzool qisson ki taraf khyaal na le jaaye taaki aur zyaadah sawaab ho.

Aurat ko jin dino me Haiz aaye (Naapaaki ki halat me) in dino me bhi wazeefon ke waqt me wuzu karke wazeefe padh liya kare, siwaay Quraan Majeed ke iska zabaani bhi padhna is haalat me Durust nahi.

GHAR KE KAAM KAAJ KE SAATH ZIKR AUR TASBEEH KA AHTAMAAM-
Deendaari me itna ghulu na karo ki Ghar ki khabar hi na lo,Namaaz,Rozah is tarah adaa karo ki uske saath ghar ka bhi poora Haq adaa karo aur tumhaare waaste ye bhi deen hi hai kyonki tumko ghar ke kaam kaaj me bhi sawaab milta hai, Han ghar ke kaamo me aisi munhamik (mashghool) na ho ki deen ko chhod do balki aitadaal se kaam lo ki deen ke zaroori kaam bhi adaa hote rahen aur ghar ka kaam bhi nigaah ke saamne nikalta rahe , ye sakht be tameezi hai ki Tasbeeh aur nawaafil me mashghool hokar ghar ke kaam ko bilkul chhod diya jaaye aur Allaah Allaah to ghr ke kaam karte hue bhi ho sakta hai ye kya zaroori hai ki tasbeeh aur musallaa hi ke saath Allaah -Allaah kiya jaaye.Hadees me aata hai ki
LISAANUKA RATBAMMAN ZIKRILLAAH
yani zabaan ko khuda ki yaad se har waqt tar rakhna chahiye aur zaahir hai ki Tasbeeh aur Musallaa har waqt saath nahi reh sakta, to maaloom hua ki Zikrullaah ke iye kisi qaid aur paabandi ki zaroorat nahi,balki har waqt har, haal me (maslan aata goondh,te hue aur khaana pakaane ki haalat me bhi) ho sakta hai lekin kuchh waqt nikal kar Nawaafil aur Tasbeeh bhi padha karo,Agar zyaadah waqt na mile to phir chalte phirte hi Allaah -Allaah karti raha karo.

FASL: MAKHSOOS AZKAAR,ASTAGHFAAR
1-Zikrullaah me Astaghfaar daakhil hai-Abdullaah bin basar Rz. se riwaayat hai ki RASOOL S.A.W. ne farmaaya badi khushi hai us shakhs ke liye jo apne Naama e aamaal me bahut sa astaghfaar paaye. (Ibn e maaja)
Ibn e Abbaas Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki RASOOL ALLAAH S.A.W. ne farmaaya jo shakhs Astaghfaar ko laazim karle uske liye ALLAAH TA,AALA har tangi se nijaat ki sabeel aur har gham v fikr se kushaadgi kar denge aur usko aisi jagah se rozi pahunchaate hain jahaan se usko gumaan bhi nahi hota. KALIMA TAYYIBA
Imaam Ahmad ne Hadees riwaayat ki hai ki apna imaan Taazqh kar liya karo. Arz kiya gaya: Ya RASOOL ALLAAH S.A.W. - Kis tarah taazah kiya karen? Aap S.A.W. ne irshaad farmaaya
LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAH
Kasrat se kaha karo. (Farogh ul imaan)
3- Aisha bint Sa,ad bin Abi Waqaas apne baap se riwaayat karti hain ki woh RASOOL ALLAAH S.A.W. ke saath ek bibi ke yahan gaye aur us bibi ke saamne Khajoor ki guthliyaan thi jin par woh SUBHAANALLAAH -SUBHAANALLAAH padh rahi thi. (aur Aap S.A.W. ne unhe mana nahi farmaaya)

MA,AMOOLAAT-
Agar ho sake to akheer Raat me tahajjud padhe warna Isha ke baad hi witar se pehle kuchh nawaafil tahajjud ki jagah padh liya karen aur waqt khaali ho to paancho Namaazon ke baad, warna Subah v Shaam hi sahi- SUBHAANALLAAH- 100 Baar aur LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAH - 100 Baar aur sote waqt ASTAGHFIRULLAAHA RABBEE MIN KULLI ZANBIWWA,ATOOBU ILAIHI- 100 Baar padha kare aur har waqt uthte baithte Darood Shareef padhti rahen aur isme wuzu aur kisi ginti ki zaroorat nahi. Wuzu aur bewuzu har haal me Darood Shareef padha karen lekin Tasbeeh har waqt haath me na liye phire aur agar Quraan Shareef padhi hui ho to roz kisi qadar Quraan Shareef ki tilaawat kar liya kare. TASBEEHAAT FATIMA
HAZRAT FATIMA RZ. KI HIKAAYAT-
HAZRAT FATIMA RZ. jo khaandaan me sabse zyaadah HUZOOR S.A.W. Ko azeez thi jinke liye Muhabbat v josh me Aap S.A.W. ne ye farmaaya ki SAYYADATUNNISA AHLIL JANNATI yani Jannat ki aurton ki sardaar FATIMA RZ. hain aur jinki Shaan ye hai ki HAZRAT ALI KARMULLAAH WAJHA ne jab doosra Nikaah karna chaaha to Aap S.A.W. ne farmaaya ki jisse FATIMA ko takleef pahunchegi,usse mujhko bhi takleef pahunchegi. Itni piyaari beti ne jab ek martaba chakki chalaane se haathon me chhaale pad jaane ki Shikaayat ki jisko is qadar aib samjha jaata hai ki maine apne Khaandaan ki Aurton ko ye raay di ki ladkiyon se chakki piswaao taaki unki sehat durust rahe, kyonki aksar maaldaaron ke liye beemaari laazmi ho gayi aur iski wajah aaraam talbi hai. Gharz Hazrat FATIMA RZ. ke haath me Chakki peesne ki wajah se chhaale pad gaye. HAZRAT ALI Rz. ne kaha HUZOOR S.A.W. se koi ghulaam londi le aao taaki koi madad de to HAZRAT FATIMA Rz., HUZOOR S.A.W. ke paas gayi jis waqt HUZOOR S.A.W. ke ghar pahunchi to HUZOOR S.A.W. Tashreef farmaa na the Aap Rz. ,HAZRAT AISHA RZ. se keh kar chali aayi, jab HUZOOR S.A.W. ghar tashreef laaye to HAZRAT AISHA Rz. Se maaloom hua to Aap HAZRAT FATIMA RZ. ke paas tashreef le gaye is waqt FATIMA RZ. baithi hui thi AAP S.A.W. ko dekh kar uthne lagi, HUZOOR S.A.W. ne kaha baithi raho, Gharz is waqt phir HUZOOR S.A.W. se Arz kiya gaya AAP S.A.W. ne farmaaya ki agar kaho to londi ghulaam de dun aur kaho to isse achchhi cheez de doon, ye sun kar HAZRAT FATIMA RZ. ne ye nahi poochha ki woh achchhi cheez kya hai? Balki foran Arz kiya ki Achchhi hi cheez de deejiye,AAP S.A.W. ne farmaaya sote waqt SUBHAANALLAAH- 33

RASOOL ALLAAH S.A.W. ne irshaad farmaaya: Quraan Majeed padha karo ,kyonki woh Qayaamat ke din bakhshwaayega. (Muslim)
