Baher haal lafz hadees jaayez ul ittiba aur haraam ul ittiba dono qism ke af'aal ko shaamil hai, yahi wajah hai ke hadees ki ta'reef me jo nabi ke aqwaal aur af'aal ka zikr hai isme jaayez ul ittibaa me wa ghairah ki koi qaid nahi hai balke aam hai, ke jaayez ul ittibaa ho ya na ho lekin lafz SUNNAT sirf jaayez ul ittiba af'aal ko kaha jaayega, ab khususiyaat e nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam jaise 9 auraton ko bayek waqt zaujiyet me rakhna wa ghairah agarche huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke af'aal ho kar hadees to hai lekin qaabil amal sunnat nahi, sunnat sirf woh amal hai jo qaabil e amal ho, lehaaza har sunnat hadees to hai lekin har hadees sunnat nahi hai, jaisaake har insaan haiwaan to hai lekin har haiwaan insaan nahi, pas in dono ke darmiyaan aam khaas mutlaq ki nisbat hai, jise ahle ilm bakhubi jaante hain, hadees aur sunnat me tameez karna (naam nihaad) ahle hadees ghair muqallideen jaahilo ka kaam nahi hai, chunki har hadees jaayez ul amal nahi aur sunnat sirf jaayez ul amal hi ko kaha jaata hai, is liye huzoor sallallahu alahi wasallam ne farmaaya''Maine
