SABR O SHUKR KI AHEMIYAT AUR ISKA TAREEQA:
1-Ibn e Masood Rz. se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya: Sabr Nisf imaan hai.

2-Hazarat Abu Hurairah Rz. se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya: Dozakh ghiri hui hai khwaahishaat (aur haraam kaamon) ke saath aur Jannat ghiri hui hai nagawaar cheezon ke saath. (Muslim)
Faydah:Jo ibaadaten nafs par dushwaar hain aur jin Gunaaho se bachna dushwaar hai isme sab aagaye.
3-Hazrat Abu Hurairab Rz. se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya: Kisi Musalmaan ko koi Museebat ya koi Marz ya koi fikr ya koi ranj ya koi takleef ya koi gham nahi pahunchta,yahaan tak ki kaanta jo chubh jaaye magar Allaah Ta,aala in cheezon se iske Gunaah maaf farmaata hai. (Bukhari o Muslim)
4-Hazrat Abu Hurairah Rz. Se riwaayat hai ki Rasool Allaah S.A.W. ne farmaaya: Allaah Ta,aala farmaata hai ki mere Momin bande ke liye jabki Mai Duniya me rehne waalon me se uske kisi piyaare ki Jaan le lun phir woh usko sawaab samajh kar us par Sabr kare, to aise Shakhs ke liye mere paas Jannat ke siwa koi badla nahi. Woh piyaara khwaah Aulaad ho ya Biwi ya Shohar ho ya koi Rishtedaar ho ya dost ho.Insaan ko jo haalaten paish aati hain woh 2 tarah ki hoti hain: Ya to woh tabiyat ke muaafiq hoti hain, aisi haalat ko Khuda Ta,aala ki ne,amat samajhna aur us par khush hona aur apni Haisiyat se usko zyaadah samajbna aur zabaan se Khuda Ta,aala ki Taareef karna aur is ne,amat ka gunaaho me istemaal na karna, ye shukr hai.
Ya insaan ke aise haalaat hote hain jo tabiyat ke muaafiq nahi hote balki nafs ko inse giraani aur naagawaari hoti hai.Aisi haalqt me ye samajhna ki Allaah Ta,aala ne isme meri maslehat rakhi hai aur Shikaayat na karna aur agar koi Sharai hukm hai to is par Mazbooti se Qaayam rehna aur agar woh Museebat hai to usko bardaasht karna aur pareshaan na hona, ye sabr hai.
Misaal ke taur par nafs deen ke kaamo se ghabraata hai,ya Gunaaho ke kaamon ka taqaaza karta hai,khwaah Namaaz ,Roze se jee churaay ya Haraam aamadni ko chhodne ya kusi ka Haq dene se hichkichaana hai. aise waqt me himmat karke Deen ke kaam ko bajaa laaye aur Gunaah se ruke Agarche kisi qadar takleef ho, kyonki bahut jaldi is takleef zyaadah aaraam aur mazah dekhega.
Aur maslan is par koi museebat pad gai, khwaah Fuqr o faaqa ki (tangdasti ki) khwaah beemaari ki,khwaah kisi ke marne ki,khwaah kisi dushman ke sataane ki (ya apne ghar waalon maslan shohar ke zulm karne ki),khwaah maal ke nuqsaan ho jaane ki.pas aise waqt me museebat ki maslehaton ko yaad kare aur sabse badi maslehat sawaab hai jiska museebat par waada kiya gaya hai aur is Museebat ka bila zaroorat izhaar na kare aur Dil me har waqt iski soch bichaar na kare,isse ek khaas sukoon paida hota hai Albatta is museebat ko door karne ki koi tadbeer ho jaise halaal maal ka haasil karna,ya beemaari ka ilaaj karna ya duaa karna to iska kuchh muzaayqa nahi.
Khuaasa ye hai ki koi waqt khaali nahi ki insaan par koi na koi haalat hoti hai khwaah tabiyat ke Muaafiq , khwaah tabiyat ke mukhaalif, pehli haalat me Shukr ka hukm hai aur doosri haalat me Sabr ka hukm hai. To sabrv shukr har waqt karne ke kaam hue. Maao behno! Isko na bhoolna phir dekho kaisi Raahat me rahogi. Insha,allaah.
ADNAA MUSEEBAT AUR RANJ PAR AJR O SAWAAB KA WAADAH:
Hadees Shareef me hai ki agar koi shakhs apni koi cheez jaib me rakh kar bhool jaaye aur idhar udhar isko talaash karne me usko jo pareshaani hogi,Khuda Ta,aala is par bhi sawaab ataa farmaayenge aur Gunaaho ka kaffaarah bana denge. Bilkul aisi haalat hai jaise hamaara chaheeta bachcha ho ki uske chalne phirne,uthne baithne hattaki gir padne par bhi hamko piyaar aata hai, isi tarah Khuda Ta,aala bhi hamko har fa,al par hamko sawaab ataa farmaate hain.jab tak ki jab tak wo fa-al ma-siyat aur unaad na ho.
Hadees shareef me aaya hai ki ek martaba raat ke waqt ghar me chiraagh gul ho gaya to Huzoor S.A.W. ne farmaaya:
اِنَّا لِلّٰهِ وَ اِنَّا اِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ.
Hazrat Aisha Rz. Farmaane lagi ki Huzoor! Ye bhi koi Museebat hai? Yani Hazrat Aisha Rz. ko ye maloom tha ki
اِنَّا لِلّٰهِ وَ اِنَّا اِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ.
museebat ke waqt padha jaata hai lekin unko is waaqe ke museebat hone ka taaml th kyonki zaahir me ye ek maamooli baat thi. Huzoor S.A.W. ne farmaaya ki jo baat momin ko naagawaar ho woh museebat hai aur chiraagh gul ho jaane se naagawaari hoti hai. Lihaaza ye bhi Museebat hui. Huzoor S.A.W. ke irshaad se maaloom hua ki Allaah ne apne bandon ko sawaab dene ke kaise maamooli- maamooli tareeqe rakhe hain. (Alhudaa Aadaab insaaniyat)
